Welcome to Hillel at Stanford, providing undergraduate and graduate students, faculty and staff, local alumni, as well as members of the Bay Area Jewish community with a connection to Jewish life. Hillel at Stanford is open weekdays, most evenings and weekends, too, for you to drop by, hang out, nap (we have sofas!), meet friends, do a problem set, watch TV or grab a snack from our café. Step 5: Describing the location for my guests

 

Hillel at Stanford’s facility name is the Harold and Libby Ziff Center for Jewish Campus Life.

Within the Ziff Center, there are two buildings — the Taube Hillel House and the Koret Pavilion. When you are publicizing your event, please use both the Ziff Center name (which is the only name that appears on the campus map) and the building name (so that people know which of the two buildings to go to).

For example, when you identify the location name for your event, please note the location as either:

· “…at the Taube Hillel House at the Ziff Center”

OR

· “…at the Koret Pavilion at the Ziff Center”

You may also indicate that this is the “Home of Hillel at Stanford”. For example: “at the Taube Hillel House at the Ziff Center, home of Hillel at Stanford”

If you wish to include the address on your publicity materials, you can do so as follows:

· For the Taube Hillel House at the Ziff Center: This event will take place at the Taube Hillel House at the Ziff Center, located at 565 Mayfield Avenue at the corner of Campus Drive East

· For the Koret Pavilion at the Ziff Center: This event will take place at the Koret Pavilion at the Ziff Center, located toward the back of the property at 565 Mayfield Avenue at the corner of Campus Drive East
