The Jen-Husn Huang Engineering Center anchors the Science and Engineering Quad (SEQ), and replaces Terman as the center for the School of Engineering. I love that they saved this old oak out in front.

I ran into a friend when I was taking this photograph. She told me that although she works nearby, she hadn't really noticed these roses before. It's one reason I carry my camera. Without it, I may not have noticed them either.
