Stanford Students Going Abroad

This section is intended for Stanford students planning a trip abroad, (independent of a Bing Overseas Studies Program), to volunteer, do research, work, trave, or to pursue non-credit study.

• If you are an undergraduate student planning to study abroad at a Stanford campus or other program, it is essential that you plan your travel with the Bing Overseas Studies Program. Bing Overseas Studies Program advises on Stanford and non-Stanford study abroad opportunities.
• All Stanford students traveling abroad should read Stanford's International Travel Policy.
• All Stanford students traveling abroad on Stanford's behalf, should also read Traveling/working abroad for Stanford.
• If you are considering volunteer work, the Haas Center website is a good resource.
