Parents may learn about child development through enrolling in the Preschool Family at 4120 Middlefield Rd. (856-0833) or Parents Nursery School, 2328 Louis Rd, PA, (856-1440). 

Parenting classes are also offered by the Children’s Health Council, 650 Clarke Way, PA, (326-5530).

The Parents’ Club of Palo Alto & Menlo Park (306-8182), organizes daytime childcare and outings for infants through 5 years old. They meet 2nd Tuesdays of the month at 7:30 p.m. at the Lucy Stern Community Center, 1305 Middlefield Rd., Palo Alto.
