Diana is Associate Director of the Transformative Learning Technologies Laboratory. She comes to the School of Education with an interest in the management of research and development organizations and the scaling and deployment of products, processes and infrastructure for global impact particularly in the area of education for extremely low-income populations.
Diana has held a variety of executive and managerial positions in operations, engineering and R&D including Worldwide Planning Manager for Hewlett-Packard's $1B Mobile Computing Division, manager of Apple's R&D Hardware Engineering iPad Program Team and VP of Operations and co-founder of the venture backed green architecture and building start-up, mkElements.
Diana has a B.S. and M.S. in Materials Science and Engineering and an M.S. (MBA with a thesis) in Management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology where she was a Leaders for Global Operations Fellow.
