Lane Medical Library supports the Stanford University Medical Center, which includes the School of Medicine, the Stanford Hospital and Clinics, and the Lucile Packard Children's Hospital. It has a strong research collection covering medicine and its specialties, pre-clinical basic sciences, nursing, public health, and related fields. The collection contains 368,000 volumes with over 2,500 journal subscriptions, 1,256 online journals and 825 online books/documents.
