Degrees Offered

E-IPER offers two interdisciplinary graduate degrees: a PhD in Environment and Resources and Joint Masters of Science (MS) in Environment and Resources for students who are concurrently pursuing the MBA, JD, or MD degree at Stanford.

E-IPER does NOT offer a stand-alone Masters or any undergraduate degrees. Earth Systems, our sister interdisciplinary program, offers undergraduate and co-terminal Masters degrees. Other departments in the School of Earth Sciences offer undergraduate, Masters, and PhD degrees: Energy Resources Engineering, Environmental Earth System Science, Geological and Environmental Sciences, and Geophysics.
