House Description

Grove until recently was split into two houses. However, with the creation of the new Lasuen Row Center we are now a house of 34--6 staff members and 28 residents. We are an eclectic house, with many personalities, and many singles, so everyone is sure to fit in. Each staff member gets a single. The rest of the residents live in doubles and one triple that vary in size from spacious to more spacious. The house draws low and attracts sophomores and seniors, and a few juniors. The small number of residents fosters a "family" feel. Residents share meals and a costco-stocked open kitchen. We recently hired a new chef who makes bomb guacamole and rarely repeats meals. And we have 2 hashers so residents only have to hash once per quarter. Last but not least, Grove has an awesome location--parties are nearby but you won't have to deal with them in the house.
