Welcome to the ResEd Summer Program @ Stanford University!

 

The Summer Program provides housing services; social and educational programming; and academic, social, campus, and community guidance to a broad spectrum of populations. Said populations include Stanford students, as well as, students from institutions throughout the United States and the world!

Summer Community Associate

Welcome to the Summer Community Associate (SCA) Staff Selection 2011! Currently, this page is the home of all relevant, accurate information regarding the selection process, though we encourage you to check back frequently over the next few weeks, as we will be adding important information as the process continues.

Theme Associates

Theme Associates are residential staff specialists who actively promote and support the theme houses. Associates are hired & trained by Residential Education. They are co-supervised by an Assistant Director in Residential Education and their Resident Fellow, Faculty Affiliates or Graduate Theme Associates (departmental liaisons).  Central ResEd provides education, supervision and intensive training to all theme associates.

Row Managers

Row Managers are residential staff specialists who actively manage, promote and support the Row houses. managers are hired & trained by Residential Education.

Resident Tutor

Resident Tutors (RTs) provide free drop-in tutoring to undergraduates in introductory Biology, Chemistry, Economics, Math, and Physics.  Residential Tutoring is managed by the Center for Teaching & Learning.  The general process follows these steps:
