WIN stands for the Women's Initiative Network. Conceived by alumnae in 2006 and supported by the GSB, WIN is a way for GSB alumnae to leverage each other's knowledge, resources and contacts to achieve their goals. It's up to you to decide how much to participate - to give to and get from the network. Our website is a great place to start.

GSB alumnae groups with discussion boards are a great way to pose a question, share experiences and stay in touch. There are currently class groups and a few regional and industry groups, with more to come. Learn More

How Can You Help WIN?

The first thing you can do is to make sure you've got an account on the GSB web site, that your profile is up-to-date, and then sign up for your class discussion board and any others you'd like to join. See what women's events might be going on near you.

Over time, we hope that all alumnae will find the WIN network a place where women are helping women succeed.
