Online Application Form

Take a few minutes to enter your personal information and upload your work using the "Online Application" link. Your application will be saved in a form that you can view and update. When you submit your application by clicking on "Submit," you will receive confirmation by email that your application has been received. You will still be able to upload additional information. Once your application is complete, you will receive confirmation by email, and your application will be available for consideration by the search committee. To ensure efficiency, accuracy and speed, applying online—rather than through the mail—is strongly recommended.

Stanford complies with the Jeanne Clery Act and publishes crime statistics for the most recent three-year period.  Paper copies of the report can be requested from the Department of Public Safety, 711 Serra Street, Stanford CA, 94305.
