It’s not easy, but that is what the Center for Leadership Development and Research (CLDR) does. The Center provides a forum where students prepare themselves for the leadership challenges of the future, where scholars examine issues of leadership across multiple academic disciplines, and where business and other senior leaders share insights based on their diverse experiences.

Leadership in Focus
Leadership in Focus is a library of video cases, capturing real-life crucible challenges faced by more than 100 managers and leaders. Used by faculty at hundreds of universities and schools, the collection provides a dynamic teaching tool that captures the real-time nature of tough leadership situations.
