Program Details

The Bing Stanford in Washington Program is intended for undergraduate juniors and seniors. Students must apply two quarters in advance of the quarter that they would like to attend BSIW.

All students participating in BSIW are required to:

• Complete a full-time (35-40 hours per week) internship
• Enroll in at least 12 units on Axess
• Attend cultural events, speakers, and day trips

All students live and take classes at the Bass Center located in Washington’s Woodley Park neighborhood.

Winter is the health and environment quarter!

During the winter quarter, internships and classes are geared towards health and environmental policy. Both the fall and the spring quarters offer a more broad range of classes and are intended for students from all academic disciplines.
