Helping a Distressed Student
College years can be stressful for many students. An increasing number of students find that as stress becomes challenging, it interferes with learning. As a fellow student, faculty or staff member, you may be the first to recognize when a student needs help. Also, you are often the one who can guide that student to professional resources.
