David Lockwood teaches courses in corporate governance and investments, using real-world situations and first-hand knowledge to give his students an inside take on managerial economics. He draws upon his experience as the CEO of two publicly-traded technology company turnarounds to highlight the ramifications of both good and bad corporate governance practices.
