Course Evaluation

The Office of the University Registrar manages the course evaluation process through the Online Course Evaluation system on behalf of the Deans in these schools: Earth Sciences, Education, Engineering, Humanities and Sciences, School of Medicine and MLA program.

Evaluation open to students	December 5 (8 a.m)	March 12 (8 a.m)	June 1 (8 a.m)	August 6 (8 a.m.)
Evaluation closed to students	December 19 (12p.m)	March 26 (8 a.m)	June 18 (8 a.m)	August 20 (8 a.m.)
Results available	December 22	March 29	June 21	August 23
Grades available (all evaluations completed)	By 10 a.m. on the morning after you complete all your evaluations (provided your instructor has entered the grade).
Grades available (all students)	December 21	March 28	June 20	August 22
