CISAC Co-Director Scott Sagan is interviewed in this new film about the post-Cold War nuclear threat. 'Countdown to Zero' is part of a growing global movement demanding total nuclear disarmament. Sagan joins former Soviet leader Mikhail Gorbachev, former President Jimmy Carter and other leaders, scientists and experts in this documentary by director Lucy Walker.

A special pre-release screening will take place at Stanford on April 27, before the film is shown at the 63rd Cannes Film Festival May 12-23. The film was well received at its world premiere in January at the 2010 Sundance International Film Festival.
