Parking Permits, Commute Club/Clean Air Cash, and Transit
Online Ordering Login
* University staff/faculty/students: Enter your University ID number, the number above the picture on your ID card. (This is NOT the same as your SUNet ID.)
* Hospital employees: Enter your Employee ID number, which can be found on your timecard or paycheck stub. (This is NOT the same as your badge number. If you do not know your Employee ID number, please contact a Benefits Representative at 650-723-4748.)
Important Information
Eligibility
- Stanford University employees, registered students, and Stanford Hospital/Clinic employees may use online ordering.
- SLAC employees are not eligible for online ordering. Please consult your HR Manager.
Payment options
- Pre-tax payroll deduction (for employees only)
- Automatic bank deduction
- Credit card (Visa or MasterCard)
Delivery times
- Pick Up: Allow 3 business days (3 to 5 days during August and September).
- U.S. Mail: Allow 7 days (7 to 10 days during August and September).
Carpool applicants
Complete and submit the Commute Club/Carpool Permit application (do not use Online Ordering).Charter Services
Rent a Marguerite shuttle or other vehicle for your event or group at low cost.
