Please note, all clinical applicants must be board certified or board eligible in Orthopaedic Surgery or Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation as appropriate, and be eligible for a California license. The major criteria for appointment for faculty in the Medical Center Line is excellence in the overall mix of clinical care, clinical teaching, scholarly activity that advances clinical medicine, and institutional service appropriate to the programmatic need the individual is expected to fulfill.

- Neuro Rehabilitation Specialist
The Section of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation in the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery at the Stanford University School of Medicine seeks a neuro-rehabilitation specialist to join the department. This position involves working closely with the stroke program in the neurology department. Clinical duties include the outpatient management of stroke patients, as well as patients with other chronic neuromuscular disorders, and participation in the PM&R consult service at Stanford University Hospital. Candidates with at least 2 years of prior work experience are preferred. The candidate must be board eligible/certified. This position will be on the Clinician Educator Line, and rank will be determined by the qualifications and experience of the successful candidate. The major criterion for appointment for Clinician Educators is excellence in the overall mix of clinical care and clinical teaching appropriate to the programmatic need the individual is expected to fulfill. - Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation - Neurosurgery Spine Service
The Department of Orthopaedic Surgery at the Stanford University School of Medicine seeks a physiatrist to join the department. This position involves working closely with the neurosurgery spine faculty in the neurosciences center. Clinical duties include clinical and interventional management of patients with spine disorders. Fellowship training in spine or equivalent work experience is required. The candidate must be board eligible/certified in physical medicine and rehabilitation. This position will be on the Clinician Educator Line, and rank will be determined by the qualifications and experience of the successful candidate.
