Biography
Kimberly Summe serves as the General Counsel of Partner Fund Management, LP, a San Francisco-based investment adviser. She previously was a Managing Director at Lehman Brothers and General Counsel of the International Swaps and Derivatives Association. She received her law degrees at Cambridge University and The University of Chicago, and followed with work at Sullivan & Cromwell and Pillsbury. She has published over a dozen articles on securities laws, derivatives and bankruptcy issues.
