Feature: Improvements to layout of More Sites tab and site tab bar.

Description: The 'More Sites' tab has been improved to scale according to the size of the user's page and number of sites in the tab bar, so the list never runs off the screen. Readability has been improved with additional white space and text wrapping. The More Sites tab will always appear in the site tab bar now, as long as a user has at least one active site, instead of appearing only when the number of active sites exceeds the number of tabs in the site tab bar.

Category: Site Access

Feature: Improvements to selections in the Site Access page of Worksite Setup and Site Info.

Description: The selections in the Set Site Access page of Worksite Setup (also found in the Manage Access page of Site Info) have been redesigned to make the consequences of those selections more clear, with regard to publishing a site vs. leaving it in draft mode and restricting access to registered students vs. allowing anyone at Stanford to self-join.

Problem: Former students with frozen '@stanford.edu' email accounts are blocked from receiving announcement email notifications, even if they have added a different email address to their Stanford Directory profile.

Resolution: Announcement email notifications will now be sent to former students with frozen '@stanford.edu' email accounts, as long as they have added a different email address to their Stanford Directory profile.

Problem: Adding scores or comments to a student's submission page adds extraneous tags to Short Answer/Essay responses, cluttering up responses with more tags upon each subsequent update.

Problem: The 'Copy Content from My Other Sites' section is missing the Copy link when a user has too few sites to invoke the pager, since the Copy link and pager are located on the same line.

Resolution: The 'Copy Content from My Other Sites' section now displays the Copy link at all times, independent of the pager.

Problem: When 'Computer Session' is selected as the Event Type, the following error message displays in the event description page: "[missing key: calendar getString]("legend.key9)"
