The Stanford Law School Supreme Court Litigation Clinic is co-counsel for Edith Windsor before the Supreme Court, regarding Windsor’s Defense of Marriage Act (DOMA) challenge. Windsor was the plaintiff in yesterday’s Second Circuit opinion finding Section 3 of DOMA unconstitutional.
