Requirements differ depending upon whether the applicant is an enrolled graduate student at another institution versus if the applicant is not a graduate student elsewhere. The following list summarizes the required documentation:

The Registrar’s Office enters the degree checkout status for each graduating student. Students’ checkout statuses change during the weeks and days prior to Commencement. The possible degree checkout statuses are below. Staff can view the latest degree checkout status in the Student Program Plan. Students can view their status in Axess.
In the course of conducting this survey, meeting with follow-up focus groups, and engaging in ongoing conversations about learning spaces on campus, we’ve had the opportunity to work with a wide variety of passionate educators on campus.
More than 300 respondents also included some additional comments in response to the question, “What did you like about the classroom you taught in this quarter and what could be improved?” The following represent some common issues that were mentioned and how the Registrar’s office is responding to these comments
