SLAC staff are invited to a ribbon-cutting ceremony to celebrate the opening of the Arrillaga Recreation Center at SLAC on Wednesday, July 18, at 2 p.m.
Things you should know prior to attending:
- The recreation center is located on Pep Ring Road, north of Building 901.
- To get to the recreation center, you will need your SLAC badge to pass through SLAC’s security gates.
- Employees are encouraged to walk or ride a bike to the ceremony, as parking will be limited. If you must drive, please carpool.
Once the ribbon is cut, the facility will be open for all staff to explore. Refreshments will be served following the ceremony, and to help you work them off, SLAC and Stanford wellness staff will be on hand to talk about programs and resources that will be available at the facility.
