Server Management
IRT offers hosting services in a secure, centrally managed environment for School of Medicine departmental servers that meet standard configuration requirements and School of Medicine security requirements.
Service Rates
Rates vary for these services, and are based on a monthly charge. There is no setup fee to bring a standard server into the data center. To request a quote, please submit a HelpSU ticket and someone from the data center will contact you.
Services Offered
There are two levels of service:
- Basic Hosting:
- The server or rack of servers is housed in a secured facility, which is monitored and environmentally controlled. Escorted access is provided. System administration and data backup are NOT included.
- System Administration:
- Includes all basic hosting services, plus system administration of supported applications and supported servers. Includes data backup/recovery. Can also include database or application administration, for an extra fee.

Service Level Agreement
Our Service Level Agreement describes the services provided to clients in support of their ongoing business. This is used in conjunction with customer specific agreements for particular services.
