Biography
Rob Wexler is a Principal with the San Francisco law firm of Adler & Colvin, a firm that specializes in the representation of nonprofit organizations and their donors. Rob received his undergraduate degree from Brown University in 1982. He received his law degree from Columbia University in 1985.
Rob is a member of the Board of Directors of Benetech, a 501(c)(3) that uses technology to serve humanity, and he has been a member of other nonprofit boards in the past.
Rob has written many articles on topics relevant to nonprofit organizations and social enterprises, which are available on his Firm’s website. Rob is currently the Vice Chair of the American Bar Association Tax Section’s Exempt Organization Committee.
Rob teaches The Law of Nonprofit Organizations.
