with William C. Dement, MD, PhD, Stanford University School of Medicine Professor of Psychiatry & Behavioral Science, and Chief of the Stanford University Division of Sleep.

Widely regarded as “The Father of Sleep Medicine”, Dr Dement will review the importance of sleep and the consequences of sleep deprivation. Three major sleep disorders, insomnia, narcolepsy and obstructive sleep apnea (OSA), will be discussed in depth, including best treatment practices. He will also share his personal challenges with insomnia!
