As of 8:15 p.m., gas is still being released from the line break on Junipero Serra Blvd. �Gas shut-off is now estimated at 11 p.m.
Persons located within 3/4 of a mile of Junipero Serra and Campus Drive West are advised to remain indoors.

At 6:15 pm, a maintenance crew hit a PG&E gas line along Junipero Serra Blvd. near Campus Drive West. A PG&E crew is on site to repair the leak, and Palo Alto Fire and Stanford Public Safety are also on the scene. � Junipero Serra Blvd. is closed to all traffic in both directions. �
PG&E estimates that repairs will be completed by 9 p.m. �More information will be posted here as it becomes available.
