All dining halls will celebrate with a special menu consisting of tamales, chicken enchiladas, ceviche, agua frescas, flan and more! At Stern, Cardinal Sage consulting chef, Mark Miller, will make an appearance and Mariachi Cardenal, Stanford's very own mariachi band, will perform.
