Saturday, June 30, 2012 (All day)	Summer Contract Change Request fee begins	A $25 administrative fee will be assessed for each approved change (through July 13, 2012)
Thursday, July 5, 2012 (All day)	Summer Move In - English for Foreign Students Program	Summer move in day for students attending the English for Foreign Students (EFS) program.
Friday, July 6, 2012 (All day)	Summer Move In - Sloan Fellows	Summer Quarter move in day for Sloan Fellows moving into Single Graduate, Couples without Children, or Student with Children housing for Summer Quarter.
Saturday, July 14, 2012 (All day)	Summer Contract Change Request fee increases	A $50 administrative fee will be assessed for each approved change (through the July 27, 2012 change deadline)
Monday, July 16, 2012 (All day)	Mid-Summer Move Out	Mid-summer move out date (#1) for eligible students who filed a Termination of Occupancy by June 18, 2012.
Friday, July 27, 2012 (All day)	Summer Contract Change Request deadline	Deadline to file Summer Contract Change Request forms.
Friday, July 27, 2012 (All day)	Summer Move Out for Stanford-Peking Program	Students in the Stanford-Peking Chinese Language Program move out day.
Monday, August 6, 2012 (All day)	Mid-Summer Move Out	Mid-summer move out date (#2) for eligible students who filed a Termination of Occupancy by June 18, 2012.
Sunday, August 19, 2012 (All day)	Summer Housing Ends (8-week contracts)	End of summer housing contracts for: * students living in Single Graduate, Couples without Children, or Students with Children housing who do not have 2012-13 contracts * summer visitors who are not enrolled in a 10-week course * students living in Single Undergraduate Housing who have selected an 8-week contract Students assigned to Single Graduate, Couples, and/or Student with Children housing for Summer 2012 and 2012-13 will have their summer contract automatically extended to match their autumn contract.
Saturday, September 1, 2012 (All day)	Summer contracts end and Autumn contracts begin if assigned to both (Single Graduate, Couples, and Student with Children Housing)	Summer contracts end and Autumn contracts begin if assigned to both (Single Graduate, Couples, and Student with Children Housing)
Tuesday, September 4, 2012 (All day)	Summer Housing Ends (10-week contracts)	Single Graduate, Couples, and Students with Children - End of 10-week summer housing contracts for those who do not have 2012 - 2013 housing contracts. Single Undergraduate Students - End of 10-week summer housing contracts for those who did not select to remain on-campus during Summer-Autumn Interim. Check out time is 8:00 am.
