Request Our Services

Submit a service request to let us know about your event or order equipment. If you would like an estimate, tell us in Step 5 of the request form.
Change Your Request

If your information has changed, reference your request number and use this change request form to notify us of your update.
Plan Your Event

From conception to fruition, our event managers are available to assist you in planning events of all shapes and sizes.

Academic and Student Services

  • Students: We gladly accept student requests. For information on student requests, and the related ASSU policies, see the Student Event Planning page.
  • Academic Faculty: Faculty conducting academic programs should contact the Registrar's Office to inquire about the equipment available to you in specific classrooms. For other needs, please submit a Service Request.

Event Services provides moving services for offices and departments, and the equipment and technicians to handle any event you might contemplate.
