If you are having problems connecting to a resource available to Stanford University users, please look first at the list of known problems.To report problems not already on the list, please send this form, which automatically provides some information about your computer.
- Please describe the problem using the comments box below. If you are seeing an error message, please copy and paste it into the box.
- If the problem is with a journal or database, please make sure to include its name and the URL you are having problems connecting to. It's best to open a new browser window, connect to the problem site, and copy and paste the URL that appears in the box labeled "Address," or "Netsite," or "Location" near the top of the browser screen.
- If you are connecting from an off-campus address through Stanford's proxy server, have you
