Leadership for research administration at Stanford University is jointly shared between the Office of the Dean of Research and the Office of Business Affairs.
Russell Brewer is the Associate Vice President of the Office of Sponsored Research; OSR manages pre- and post-award research services for the university, including negotiation of sponsored agreements, award set-up and closeout.
Ken Schulz is the Associate Vice President of Research Financial Compliance and Services; RFCS is comprised of the following teams:

- Property Management Office (PMO)
- Accounts Receivable
- Service Centers
- Space Management
