The U.S. Department of Energy plans to profile 50 women throughout the DOE who work in STEM (science, technology, engineering and mathematics) for an online feature in honor of Women's History Month. Nominations should be submitted by March 8.

2012 Toohig Fellows to Help with LHC Upgrade

Both 2012 recipients of the Toohig Fellowship are looking forward to helping with the planned Large Hadron Collider upgrade – one with improving the giant collider’s luminosity, the other with research into cutting-edge superconducting magnets.
