Stanford researcher says it is unlikely North Korea will give up nuclear weapons

Dan Snider, associate director of research at the Freeman Spogli Institute says North Korea wants to use its nuclear weapons as leverage in any international negotiations. North Korea is scheduled to launch a satellite-bearing missile as soon as April 4.
