Before reporting a problem, try these tests:

 Do current policies allow you access to licensed e-resources? Is your browser configured correctly? If the answer to both is yes, and you still can't connect to the resource, report the problem below.

       Name of e-resource *    Problem URL *  Copy/paste the URL of the e-resource from your browser's location bar.   Describe the problem *  Copy & paste any error message you encountered.   Name *    Email *          Ignore this text box. It is used to detect spammers. If you enter anything into this text box, your message will not be sent.           See also  Connecting from off campus    Policy  To use restricted databases and journals from computers outside the Stanford network, you must connect through Stanford's authenticated proxy server. Using the proxy server requires you to set up your browser for the correct type of proxying.
