New Videos about the Honor Code and How It Applies to You

We have new videos available that can help answer your questions about the Honor Code, regardless of whether you are a student or faculty member.

Early Resolution Option Available for Uncontested Honor Code Cases

The Office of Judicial Affairs is currently piloting an Early Resolution Option for uncontested Honor Code and Fundamental Standard cases. The ERO allows students to waive their right to a hearing and reduce the amount of time involved.

Alternate Review Process Being Tested This Year

The Alternate Review Process was developed to handle sensitive cases involving sexual assault, sexual harassment, dating violence, and stalking. This process is a pilot program that will be in use until December 2011, when it will be evaluated for future continuation.
