UnderGraduate Residences Rates Chart 2012-13

Room Rates, House Dues and Meal Plans

Rates below are approximate and subject to change. See Rate and Billing Information for billing details.

Undergraduate students are billed for housing at a flat-rental rate per quarter during the academic year.  Students will be charged the same amount of rent per quarter (+/- $1), regardless of the number of days in that quarter.  As such, proration of rent when a student is not assigned for the entire quarter will vary, as will early arrival and late departure charges. Students that are approved to arrive early or stay late pay a per diem charge for dates outside of their contract period.  This will appear separately on their student bill. A list of Residences not in the draw is at the bottom of this page.
